What are the differences between standard-shaped and special-shaped hole products, and how to distinguish them in use?

Standard-shaped products are those with the same opening sizes on the left and right pages, while the special-shaped hole is the structure with different opening sizes on the left and right pages, one large and one small. The purpose of the special-shaped hole structure is to flexibly use when connecting aluminum profiles of different sizes. For detailed description, refer to examples of use.

Are the nuts for butterfly hinge mentioned in the Precautions necessarily required?

When installed on aluminum profiles, the recommended nuts are not necessarily required and separate small nuts can be used for fixing. However, the nuts are required as fixing parts for support when installed on panels, because generally panels are relatively thin and screws cannot be used for locking and fixing.
