Product Description

- The output shaft of Economy series Aluminum Alloy Embedded Actuators E-MGT8 Series is 10mm in diameter.
- The product only includes the main unit, not the driver and coupling, which must be purchased separately.
- The product comes with a sensor kit, for which only mounting direction needs to be selected.

Product Overview

The economical aluminum alloy embedded module is an integrated transmission device that combines ball screw and embedded guide rail, and is an essential equipment for production and processing.
The aluminum alloy base is directly embedded in the steel track and then ground, the walking height and straightness accuracy are improved, up to ±0.02 or less.
Small size, easy to assemble

The rated speed is the speed at the rated speed of the motor (3000r/min), or the speed limited by the allowable speed of the lead screw.

The maximum loadable weight is the mass when the acceleration is 0.3G at the rated speed (0.51G when the lead is 5mm or less)
If it is within the range of the maximum transported weight, it can be transported at this speed regardless of the transported weight.
But with the increase of the middle i Angle, the acceleration and deceleration curves, if the moving distance is short, the maximum speed marked cannot be reached.

The maximum speed of each stroke is the speed at the motor speed (3000r/min)
When the stroke of the ball screw drive model is long, when operating at the highest speed due to resonance of the ball screw, There may be abnormal sounds, vibrations, etc.
The speed of movement should be appropriately reduced.
