[Features]
· High-speed tool steel (HSS) is adopted, realizing stable machining.
· The front surface is the surface with a marking on the chamfering.
· The rear is sunk so that the end face makes close contact when the holder is attached.
· Screw adjustments are not required and die outer diameter precision is improved compared to adjustable dies as this is a solid die.
· Enables hand turned use or use with machinery.
· Solves problems particular to adjustable type dies, realizing high precision male screw machining.
[Applications]
· Ideal for male thread machining with iron or light metals.
