  MISUMI

  guide roller with a built-in bearing that can be used to guide various rails and workpieces. There are three types of processing for the outer diameter groove: wire type (60 degree angle), channel type (90 degree angle), and sheave wire type (R processing). Materials can be selected from steel (equivalent to S45C), aluminum alloy, polyacetal, conductive MC nylon, and MC nylon.

  Vertical Guide Rollers-Metal/Core Only

  MISUMI

  A guide roller used for vertical applications. Since it incorporates rollers and cantilever pins, the time and effort required to arrange parts and assembly can be reduced. You can choose the material of the roller from steel (equivalent to S45C), stainless steel (SUS304), and aluminum (aluminum alloy). Please refer to the specification table for the specifications of retaining rings. The bearings are press-fitted into the rollers. You can specify the length of the cantilever pin in 1mm increments using additional machining (NC).
